Welch’s is seeking a Senior Manager of Global Commercial Operations to lead the operational strategy and execution that enables profitable international growth. You will own sales planning, forecasting, partner operations, and cross-functional commercialization, including establishing new international co-manufacturing locations.

This role is based in our Waltham, MA headquarters with an office‑based hybrid schedule; travel 30–40% is expected as you collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality,

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, supply chain operations, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting international markets, global supply chains, or consumer packaged goods.
• Experience establishing and managing co-manufacturing, supplier, or distributor relationships, including contracts, performance expectations, and ROI analysis.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategic growth plans into priorities, workplans, and operating requirements for global markets.
• Manage inventories supporting the team and relationships with co-manufacturing and distribution partners.
• Identify and establish relationships with international suppliers, co-manufacturers, and distributors to support brand expansion.
• Lead the identification and implementation of new global co-manufacturing and distribution partnerships.
• Oversee inventory and customer service performance for manufacturing partners outside the United States.
• Develop and manage commercial strategies, including KPIs for external manufacturing and distribution partners.
