Wandercraft invites a Customer Intelligence & Sales Operations Intern to work under USA and Europe Business Directors. You will structure sales operations, source prospects, and map field activities across regions.

You'll contribute to CRM optimization (HubSpot), data harmonization, and dashboards, while supporting market analysis and new business development in a fast-growing MedTech environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's+4/5 degree (business school, engineering school or university).
• Comfortable with data tools and CRM platforms; eager to work across regions (USA/Europe).
• Fluent English required; French or another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve sales processes across USA/Europe regions.
• Source qualified prospects via databases, trade shows, LinkedIn, and AI tools.
• Organize pre-qualification meetings with healthcare institutions and map field team needs.
• Harmonize customer data across France, US and Europe; improve dashboards and pipeline tracking.
• Produce performance reports and ad hoc analyses (KPIs, forecasting).
• Contribute to CRM optimization (HubSpot) and assist migration from Monday to HubSpot; prepare user guides and train teams.
• Provide regular reporting on prospecting activity to USA/Europe Business Directors.
