Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Global Business Operations Intern to support AI-driven automation initiatives within the Office of the COO and Global Operations. You will gain hands-on experience across MSI’s Global Sales Operations organization and contribute to automation projects.

The role emphasizes researching AI tools, testing models, preparing stakeholder documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy solutions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
• Must be pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with a graduation date of December 2027 or later.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and documenting business processes suitable for AI-driven automation.
• Conduct research on AI tools, platforms, and best practices for automation development.
• Test AI models for automation prior to release to production.
• Prepare documentation and presentations on automation projects for stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI automation solutions.
