Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a hybrid Marketing Data & AI Analytics Specialist to bridge traditional business intelligence with AI-enabled workflows. You will analyze full‑funnel marketing performance and implement AI tools, scripting, and automation to accelerate reporting and deliver actionable insights for growth teams.

You will build dashboards, optimize SQL pipelines, and collaborate across marketing, web development, and sales operations to align KPIs and data tagging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field and 2+ years in marketing analytics or BI within B2B.
• Strong SQL skills and experience optimizing complex queries.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, Tableau or Looker Studio, and Salesforce CRM.
• Experience incorporating AI tools/LLMs into data workflows and automated reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards tracking full‑funnel performance across channels.
• Write, optimize, and run SQL queries to join web data with CRM data.
• Apply AI workflows and scripting to automate reporting and data processing.
• Analyze buyer journeys and multi-touch attribution to identify conversion friction.
• Collaborate with Campaign Managers, Web Developers, and Sales Ops to align KPI definitions and tagging.
