Job summary

Golf Pride, part of Eaton, seeks an IT & Digital Transformation Leader to shape the company’s enterprise technology strategy from its Pinehurst, NC headquarters. You will partner with senior leadership and Eaton IT to enable growth, operational excellence, and data-driven decisions in a secure, scalable technology ecosystem.

Relocation assistance is available, with travel estimated at ~10%. This role reports to the President and General Manager of Golf Pride and functions as a strategic partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of IT and/or digital transformation experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year enterprise systems roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Ensure technology applications operate as a cohesive, scalable, and sustainable ecosystem.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to system integration, cost, security, and long-term support.
• Support functional leaders in the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of core business applications.
• Oversee and guide technology initiatives to be delivered on time and within budget.
