Job summary

Pierce Manufacturing, an Oshkosh company, is seeking a Senior International Sales Operations Specialist. You will support international customer programs, deliver compliant proposals, execute contracts, and manage risks from opportunity to revenue recognition.

You will coordinate bids, manage international programs through delivery, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure on-time execution and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with three or more years of business experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, operations, or project coordination.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and across teams; build relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• International sales experience.
• Experience in bid and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international proposals, quotations, and competitive bids.
• Manage international programs and contracts from order receipt through delivery and revenue recognition.
• Identify and proactively manage program risks with mitigation strategies.
• Support cross-functional program teams for timely decisions and contract compliance.
• Provide clear communication and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate planning activities including requirements, scope, pricing, schedules, and logistics.
• Support engagement activities such as FATs, factory visits, and milestone reviews.
• Develop, analyze, and present program metrics and executive reports.
• Occasional travel as needed.
