SeaWorld is seeking a Global Sales Analyst to provide analytical backbone for the Global Sales organization. You will track performance, surface trends, and equip leadership with insights to drive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics, finance, forecasting, or data analysis.
• Strong Excel modeling skills; ability to build scalable models.

Responsibilities

• Track and report results for sales staff against targets and identify performance gaps.
• Analyze trends and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Build models to assess impact of pricing, channels, or partnerships on sales results.
• Assist with budget management, tracking variances and updating forecasts.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations for senior leadership.
• Manage sales incentive tracking and payouts with accuracy.
