Leggett & Platt in High Point, NC is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Home Furniture Sales and Field Support team. You will influence strategic decisions, support innovation, and help drive revenue and margin growth across a global organization.

This role focuses on financial planning, sales analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver actionable insights. Strong Excel and BI tool experience (Power BI, Zoho Analytics) is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years in financial analysis, planning, forecasting, or analytics
• Strong analytical and problem solving with data
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Develop and maintain integrated financial planning tools and reporting processes
• Analyze sales trends, forecasts, and financial performance to support decisions
• Generate monthly sales, capital plan, and KPI reports for initiatives
