Tempur Sealy, a global leader in bedding products, seeks a Financial Analyst to support the Sales Finance team. You will prepare recurring reports, perform entry‑level financial analysis, and assist with planning and forecasting related to sales performance, pricing, promotions, and customer profitability.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, curious, and eager to build strong finance partnering skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
• 1–3 years of related experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Power BI experience desirable.
• Clear written and verbal communication, plus presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and learn quickly.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain recurring sales and financial reports for leadership.
• Analyze customer profitability, pricing activity, promotions, and dealer incentives.
• Provide POS and sales reporting to identify trends, risks, and variances.
• Assist monthly close by analyzing results versus budget and forecast.
• Support forecast and budget cycles by updating models and documenting assumptions.
• Evaluate dealer, product, and pricing requests using financial models.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests accurately and timely.
• Identify opportunities to improve standard reporting.
