Job summary

Shure offers a challenging, fun, and rewarding summer internship program in the United States. The Sales Enablement Intern will support the global sales teams by developing training materials, managing resources, and analyzing sales processes to boost performance.

Based in Niles, IL with hybrid options, this role includes hands-on experience with Shure Partner Shop and Salesforce, plus a housing stipend for onsite Illinois internships. Applications are reviewed in late fall/early winter.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science or related field.
• Able to follow standard instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Experience working with Sales, Customer Service or Marketing.
• Experience working with Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet programs.
• Experience with SAP S4, SAP Commerce Backoffice, Salesforce, Tableau, and/or other Business Intelligence tools a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Enjoys working in a team environment.
• Inquisitive with strong problem-solving capabilities and a ble to meet required deadlines.

Responsibilities

• System Validation for Sales Activities: Assist with conducting and maintaining system validation of sales activities for new and current products in our tech stack.
• Analyze current specified requirements for product enablement and identify potential process gaps.
• Provide insight for potential solutions to process gaps.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to gather feedback and insights.
• Assist in cross-functional projects with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies.
• Training And Development: Help update sales enablement content, including presentations, guides, and toolkits.
• Support the planning and execution of sales training sessions and workshops.
• Assist in the coordination and logistical support for training events.
• Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide support for maintaining sales processes in all aspects of customer's purchasing journey.
• Generate reports to track the effectiveness of sales training and initiatives.
• Tech Stack Support: Assist with any general issues related to Customer Master data in Salesforce, SAP S4, Shure Partner Shop and Shure Software & Services Portal.
