Job summary

Shure Incorporated seeks a Global Marketing Intern to support ShureCloud and Customer Value Streams in a 12-week summer program. Roles include onsite or hybrid placement in Niles, IL with a housing stipend for onsite relocation and a competitive hourly salary.

The intern will assist marketing programs for cloud-connected services, software-enabled solutions, and customer lifecycle initiatives, gaining exposure to content creation, campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration across Product

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Information Systems, or related field.
• Interest in technology, customer experience, digital products, cloud services, or B2B marketing; curious and willing to learn.
• Good online research, data management, and analytical skills; able to compare and summarize key findings from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Content and Communications: Create and update engaging materials explaining ShureCloud, cloud services, software features, and customer benefits across formats.
• Market and Customer Research: Investigate customer needs, trends, competitors, and examples of cloud/software marketing; summarize findings.
• Campaign and Launch Support: Assist with global campaigns, launches, adoption initiatives, and customer communications; coordinate materials and timelines.
• Customer Journey Support: Map and improve touchpoints from awareness to renewal; identify content gaps and optimize experience.
• Performance Tracking: Collect and summarize campaign data; maintain simple reports and highlight trends.
• Program Coordination: Support project plans, meeting prep, notes, and cross-functional coordination.
• Fresh Ideas and Continuous Improvement: Propose practical improvements and own defined projects with guidance.
