What You Can Look Forward To:

Energy Recovery, Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate for an immediate full-time position as Global Sales Director, Wastewater Team. This role involves driving revenue growth, expanding market share internationally, leading a global sales team, developing strategies, and building relationships with key clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in global sales, deep understanding of Wastewater markets, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

What Will You Do?
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  2. Analyze market trends, competition, and growth opportunities internationally.
  3. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing global sales team.
  4. Manage sales budgets and forecasts.
  5. Optimize sales processes and utilize tools like CRM.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with local distributors and partners.
What You Bring to the Table:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  2. At least 10 years of global sales leadership experience in Water or Wastewater industries, with proven success exceeding targets.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to conduct organized training and communicate technical information clearly.
  5. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  6. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

The salary range listed is an estimate for roles in California at the time of posting and may be adjusted. We may pay more or less based on experience and other factors.
