Job Description: Senior Recruiting Consultant at Forbes Technical Consulting

Location: 100% Remote (US)

Contract Duration: 4 months

Required Skills:
  • Negotiate deals that offer value to customers while maintaining profitability
  • Create and implement strategic action plans for a portfolio of accounts to meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Plan and organize customer appointments, quarterly business reviews, and internal meetings
  • Communicate effectively and bring the story to life
  • Champion new hotel initiatives and company priorities
  • Engage all areas of the organization to find collaboration opportunities, experiment, and secure sales
  • Maintain a strong customer service mindset
  • Engage with hotel sales teams, operators, and owners to build rapport and increase awareness of Hyatt Sales Force
  • Stay current on market conditions, forecasts, and trends; translate insights into proactive sales measures
  • Work independently in a fast-paced, autonomous environment while maintaining high productivity
  • Demonstrate strong follow-up, organizational skills, and leadership qualities
  • Possess a strong understanding of the Corporate Travel / Hospitality industry and a network of contacts
  • Proficient in MS Office, Cvent Transient (Lanyon), Cognos
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of hotels, operational and sales practices
  • Confidently present ideas and proposals
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or 7+ years of relevant industry experience
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with systems including Reserve, Opera, Envision
