Gulfstream Aerospace seeks a Manager Worldwide Sales Contracts based in Savannah to lead the Contracts Management team, oversee complex aircraft delivery contracts, and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in business/finance and at least 6 years in contracts, including 2 years in leadership, with strong drafting, negotiation, and international contracting experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
At least 6 years in contracts management, including 2 years in leadership.
Experience drafting and reviewing legal contracts.
Experience with aircraft deliveries and international contracts.

Responsabilités

Oversee contracts management at department level.
Analyze customer requirements for amendments and negotiations.
Manage Continuous Improvement projects for the department.
Coordinate approvals to protect contractual position and ensure compliance.
Advise leadership on contractual risks and interpretations.
Track risk exposure across backlog aircraft contracts.
Lead and develop a contracts team and mentor staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies and laws.
Support cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Program Management, Engineering, and Finance.
