itD is seeking a Global Sales Business Development Manager to join our Technology Practice Group. This is a remote role (work from home!) in PST or EST time zone. This is an exciting role for the right individual to continue to cultivate your skills and domain expertise.

The individual selected will be instrumental in helping us continue to deliver excellence to our base of marquee Fortune 500 accounts. You will be joining a family of other SMEs who have also specialized within this sector.

You will also interact closely with our itD Practice Directors, who will partner with you and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global Sales Business Development Manager to drive the execution of global sales strategies within a designated region. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with regional sales teams, marketing, and other key stakeholders to align objectives, identify growth opportunities, and achieve revenue goals. This is a highly collaborative position that requires strategic thinking, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate a global, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to align the execution of the global sales strategy and adapt it to regional needs.
  • Partner with marketing and other key stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue.
  • Act as a liaison between global and regional teams to ensure consistent communication, alignment, and execution of sales objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of regional sales strategies, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, including training and tools, to support regional teams in achieving their goals.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify and remove barriers, streamline processes, and ensure successful implementation of global initiatives.
  • Represent the region in global forums to advocate for regional needs and share successes and best practices.
The internal responsibilities will be as follows:
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material. (Blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required qualifications and skills
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a global or regional capacity.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams, including sales, marketing, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of global sales strategies and regional market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
