Job summary

Qualifications

• Business-level English proficiency.
• Experience using Outlook, Excel, Word and Access to create purchase orders, invoices and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send checks, invoices, and shipments for domestic and international orders.
• Prepare inquiries, purchase orders, invoices, quotations, and packing lists.
• Follow up on quotations and purchase orders.
• Onboard new suppliers and customers in the sales tracking system.
• Provide customer service and follow up on order status and information requests.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers/customers as needed.
• Assist sales staff with orders and projects and cover when needed.
• Prepare monthly reports for sales, purchases, and backlog using Access/Excel.
