Job summary

Chart Industries, Inc. is seeking a safety-focused professional for the New Iberia facility to oversee compliance across domestic and international locations. The role emphasizes ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, data collection, and leading safety programs.

The candidate will train staff, supervise Safety Technicians, and participate in accident investigations while ensuring adherence to OSHA and EPA requirements. This is a safety-sensitive, on-site position with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or 10+ years related experience and/or training.
• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment is preferred.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office for data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversees safety compliance in multiple domestic and international locations.
• Maintain ISO 14001 Environmental System & ISO 45001 Safety System compliance.
• Collects data from all locations and performs trend analysis to drive corrective actions.
• Manage Safety Technicians on multiple shifts.
• Lead safety committees and conduct audits and investigations.
• Train employees according to OSHA/EPA standards and environmental programs.
• Monitor contractor safety performance and manage workers' comp programs.
• Travel as required to multiple sites.
