Job summary

Körber seeks a Cloud Operations Engineer in the U.S. to support SaaS systems across time zones, collaborate with software development and TechOps, and ensure SLA/OLA compliance while deploying and automating day-to-day cloud tasks.

You will handle incidents, installations, security principles, and work with DevOps and SaaS releases; a BS in CS/IT and 5+ years in a similar role are required; experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Jira, ServiceNow, and GMP is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
• Hands-on with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow.
• Expert understanding of containerization, cloud SaaS, and security.
• Experience operating in regulated environments (GMP).

Responsibilities

• Operate SaaS services across global teams to meet SLAs.
• Respond to customer tickets and requests ensuring high-quality SaaS operations.
• Execute documented installations of customer and internal systems.
• Provide best practices and recommendations to customers.
• Enforce security principles and guidelines for safe solutions.
• Collaborate with software development teams on DevOps and release testing.
• Drive continuous service improvements and automation at scale.
