Qualifications

• Master's/PhD/MD or equivalent in Epidemiology, Public Health, HEOR, Biostatistics, Life Sciences, or related.
• 8+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare with evidence-generation, regulatory, payer initiatives.
• Strong understanding of RWE, epidemiology, outcomes research, and healthcare data sources.
• Experience leading complex, matrixed initiatives and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated RWE, epidemiology, outcomes research, and data strategies across the product lifecycle.
• Identify evidence gaps and define plans addressing regulatory, market access, reimbursement, safety, and patient-centered needs.
• Shape evidence-generation strategies using real-world data, registries, external controls, and innovative designs.
