Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in a relevant field; PhD preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in pharma/biotech/healthcare environments.
• Experience designing and executing RWE studies (observational studies, analyses).
• Strong knowledge of real-world data sources and RWE methods.

Responsibilities

• Support development of integrated evidence generation plans and roadmaps.
• Lead high-quality execution of priority RWE studies with scientific rigor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to translate concepts into deliverables.
• Support stakeholder management across cross-functional workstreams and forums.
• Provide methodological input on observational study design and analyses.
• Analyze real-world data, literature, and stakeholder insights to inform decisions.
• Contribute to governance, prioritization, and vendor oversight in RWE activities.
• Ensure regulatory and privacy compliance while maintaining scientific integrity.
