Job summary

ADM seeks an Accounting Manager for the Carbohydrate Solutions segment in Decatur, IL. Lead P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and reporting within a global matrix, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and strong internal controls.

You will partner with CoEs and Controlling colleagues, manage monthly/quarterly reports, and guide R2R teams and audits. You will influence stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and oversee strategic projects related to Wet Mill activities and other finance initiatives in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with 3+ years in a Controlling function.
• Proven supervisory experience and change leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with US GAAP reporting, SOX and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of the financial statement, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and external/internal financial reporting.
• Review, approve or reject finance deliverables within the GBS RTR scope.
• Ensure US GAAP and other external reporting requirements are satisfied.
• Provide direction and training to R2R teams and stakeholders.
• Support internal and external audits and annual SOX processes.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly management reports and perform cash flow analysis and variance analysis.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or transferable field

Post Graduate / Master’s degree in Accounting

Certified Public Accountant or equivalent is preferred
