Job summary

ADM is seeking an Accounting Manager for Carbohydrate Solutions in Decatur, IL. You will lead financial reporting, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow for Wet Mill activities, and partner with global CoEs and R2R to ensure accurate US GAAP reporting.

You will drive internal controls, support audits, and deliver monthly/ quarterly management reports while steering strategic projects for the segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or transferable field.
• Post Graduate / Master’s degree in Accounting preferred.
• CPA or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial statement, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow for Wet Mill activities.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly management reports and P&L variance analysis.
• Maintain US GAAP reporting accuracy and internal controls.
• Partner with CoEs and R2R teams to ensure compliant reporting.
• Support audits and strategic projects for the Carbs segment.
• Drive risk management and continuous improvement in controls.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Post Graduate / Master’s degree in Accounting
