Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Welding or related Engineering field with 3+ years experience.
• Experience in welding fabrication and industry welding processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings with GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Lead welding fabrication projects using Lean, 5-S and flow line concepts.
• Develop welding procedures and perform testing practices (WPS, QA documents).
• Set up and program automated welding equipment including robotic welders; learn Cloos and Fanuc.
• Update routings, BOMs, and prints; support design changes.
• Lead problem-solving using A3 and Four-Step methods.
