Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a training leader for Robotic Assisted Surgery to educate field personnel, surgeons, and OR staff across multiple specialties. You will design, deliver and continually improve education programs, and partner with MedEd, Digital Education, Marketing, and sales to create engaging, outcome-driven training that supports new hires through onboarding.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in medical device training or clinical/technical roles, fluent English and Polish,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in training, field sales, sales support, clinical or technical roles in medical devices/healthcare.
Experience with Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies and capital equipment is required.
Fluency in English and Polish, strong problem-solving and blended-learning design skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver education and training on Medtronic Robotic Assisted Surgery technologies, therapies, and product initiatives.
Lead training programs and develop content with cross-functional teams (MedEd, Digital Education, Marketing, Sales).
Create workshops and hands-on training for internal and external audiences.
Perform competency-based assessments to measure trainee knowledge and skills.
Travel up to 50% of the time to support field education and deployment.
