Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Newark, DE is seeking an Associate in the Chief Investment Office, Treasury and Corporate (CTC) & Liquidity Risk Reporting.

You will deliver firmwide and wholesale reporting for internal stakeholders and regulatory requirements, supporting risk management across multiple portfolios. You will work with Tableau and Alteryx to automate processes, collaborate with global teams, and drive improvements in controls and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in financial services, operations, or a closely related role.
• Demonstrated experience in people leadership, coaching, or mentoring
• Experience supporting risk and control practices (control execution, issue management, or audits)
• Ability to monitor, investigate, and document operational issues and escalations with attention to detail
• Comfort with metrics and key performance indicators, including trend tracking
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform regulatory and internal risk reporting for Firmwide, APAC, and EMEA CTC/Liquidity Risk Reporting.
• Review reporting processes to validate control effectiveness and the quality of deliverables.
• Actively participate in and drive strategic transformation programs to automate and enhance controls.
• Develop skills in Tableau and Alteryx to automate reporting processes.
• Improve the overall control environment by developing new controls and documenting processes.
• Oversee and manage KPIs for accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
• Communicate with interfacing teams globally to drive project initiatives.
• Engage with managers and senior stakeholders across risk management space.
