Job summary

FOX Entertainment Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Deal and Rights Management, to oversee the rights management function across domestic and international territories. You will manage acquisitions, distribution, and licensing rights for FOX's IP while supporting overall deal management activities, in collaboration with Legal and Business Affairs.

You will analyze complex agreements, translate terms into data for the Rights Management database, and coordinate with studios and sales.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in rights and/or deal management
• Experience reviewing and summarizing distribution, production, and digital rights agreements
• Familiarity with Rightsline
• Ability to translate contractual terms into data in a Rights Management database
• Knowledge of media rights (AVOD, SVOD, Pay TV, EST, PPV, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead the rights management team under senior leadership
• Coordinate with content provider studios on available distribution rights
• Review licenses and agreements and document rights in the rights management system
• Enter and summarize deal terms for license, format, and acquisition agreements
• Track key dates and commitments across distribution deals
• Monitor music licensing rights and restrictions
• Interface with Sales and Senior Management with inquiries
• Collaborate with Technology on Salesforce and Rightsline enhancements
