Job summary

Guardant Health, Inc. in Palo Alto, CA seeks a highly analytical revenue leader to steer global revenue accounting and the enterprise-rate O2C function in a high-volume, regulated environment. You will own ASC 606/IFRS 15, oversee the close, and ensure accurate recognition across entities.

Reporting to the CAO, you will build a global team, drive systems transformation, governance over estimates, and robust controls to sustain compliant growth in a multi‑entity setting.

Qualifications

• Public-company accounting experience with revenue close ownership.
• Deep ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP expertise.
• Experience leading global revenue/O2C in multi-entity environments.
• Strong communication with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Healthcare or diagnostics revenue experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own global revenue accounting policies and close across entities.
• Lead contract reviews for performance obligations and variables.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly close, reconciliations and disclosures.
• Maintain SOX controls and support audits and filings.
• Partner with Commercial, Legal, Operations on terms and pricing.
