Job summary

Shoptalk, based in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Global Revenue Manager to oversee worldwide revenue accounting and ensure compliance with ASC 606.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive revenue accounting experience and a CPA certification, and will be responsible for managing financial reporting processes across a complex organization. Key responsibilities include partnership with sales and operational teams, leading close activities, and improving revenue systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with a focus on revenue accounting.
• Experience in a global, multi-entity environment with multiple revenue streams.
• Experience supporting SaaS/subscription-based business models.

Responsibilities

• Own global revenue recognition processes in accordance with ASC 606.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual global revenue close activities.
• Maintain and improve revenue accounting processes and internal controls.

Skills

Expertise in ASC 606

Strong operational accounting capabilities

Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills

NetSuite experience

Ability to work independently

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA or equivalent certification
