- Oversee month‑end and quarter‑end revenue close, including reconciliations, deferral schedules, and journal entries.
- Maintain revenue rollforwards, deferred revenue reconciliations, and ARR/NRR reporting.
Billing, Collections & Cash Application
- Manage and develop the Billing and AR/Cash Application teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strong internal controls.
- Oversee invoice generation, cash posting, and customer collections to ensure timely cash flow and accurate reporting.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for DSO, billing accuracy, and unapplied cash.

- Partner with IT and RevOps to drive automation and data integrity across the order‑to‑cash process.
- Maintain data alignment between Salesforce opportunities/orders and NetSuite transactions.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize revenue systems, reporting, and controls.
Reporting & Analysis
- Deliver key revenue reporting, including ARR rollforwards, revenue by product/class, backlog, and revenue KPIs.
- Support FP&A with forecasting and variance analysis related to revenue and collections.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Legal to ensure clean data flow from contract to cash.
