Whatfix, a data-driven digital adoption platform, is seeking a Process Specialist for its Global Consulting and Shared Services team in Bengaluru to streamline revenue recognition, data governance, and reporting across stakeholders.

The role requires 5–8 years in operations, SaaS experience preferred, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with Salesforce and BI tools like Looker/Tableau is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of operations experience.
• SaaS experience preferred.
• Excellent and fast-paced with Excel & Google Sheet calculations.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Understanding of reporting tools Looker/Tableau.
• Excellent with large data sets and quick automations.
• Strong cross-collaboration skills.
• Willingness to align with the US time zone (3:00 PM to 12:00 PM IST).

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Customer Success, Professional Services, Finance, Sales Ops, and Deals Desk on Revenue Recognition and reconciliations.
• Data governance – ensure data accuracy and resolve mismatches.
• Produce varied reporting for different stakeholders.
• Contribute to CS operational initiatives with quick turnaround.
• Drive Org NPS surveys quarterly and share key insights.
• Improve operational efficiency in Customer Success and Professional Services.
