Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support a global, multi-brand organization with revenue-generating lines across regions. The role sits in a high-visibility finance team focusing on commercial performance, revenue analytics, and strategic support for business units.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, operations finance, or similar analytical roles.
• Experience building models, processes, and reports, not just maintaining existing ones.
• Background supporting multi-unit, multi-brand, eCommerce, or consumer-oriented businesses is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills; exposure to Power BI or other BI tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial finance activities across multiple global regions.
• Analyze and forecast revenue streams across several business lines outside the core operating unit.
• Build financial models, reporting tools, dashboards, and scalable processes from the ground up.
• Partner with leadership to evaluate performance, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, reporting quality, and commercial decision-making.
• Work with large datasets to produce meaningful analytics that support business strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing, revenue optimization, and commercial initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of FP&A infrastructure, including templates, processes, and automation.
• Present insights to senior leaders and serve as a thought partner on commercial strategy.
