Qualifications

BA/BS degree plus 15+ years of relevant experience.
15+ years of progressive experience with senior leadership in global supply chain systems transformation.
Broad expertise across supply chain planning and optimization systems.
Deep expertise in applying AI/ML to S&OP and autonomous decision-making.
Proven product/portfolio management and enterprise technology leadership.
Experience leading matrixed global engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to define strategy and roadmaps for S&OP platforms.
Define platform architecture and strategy supporting planning/optimization.
Engage with external vendors to assess feasibility and fit.
Lead multi-year, global capability roadmaps aligned to business goals.
Provide subject-matter leadership to inspire innovation and strategic direction.
Manage a large portfolio of engineering programs (funding, resourcing, timelines).
Build and lead a high-performing team of managers and ICs.
Liaise with IS&T and business partners to deliver integrated solutions.
Influence decisions and manage change with a customer-focused approach.
Define metrics to measure team success and operational excellence.
