Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A experience in finance or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Excel and Keynote; experience with Adaptive Insights, Tableau, and SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dynamic Financial Modeling: build staffing models from drivers, trends and strategies.
• Performance & Variance Analysis: assess spend vs actuals and KPIs; identify risks & opportunities.
• Executive Communication: prepare concise stories and summaries for Retail and Finance leadership.
• Cross-Functional Project Leadership: drive global initiatives with Retail Real Estate, Store Ops, and Workforce Strategy.
• New Store & Investment Modeling: support long-term labor planning for openings and expansions.
• Strategic Ad Hoc Analytics: evaluate business cases for staffing investments.
