Quality Talent Group seeks a customer-focused individual to deliver outstanding service and support to customers in-store. The role involves processing sales, assisting with financing questions, and helping customers achieve their purchasing goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, is legally eligible to work in the US, and can handle cash and basic POS tasks accurately.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
