You will own budgets, forecasts, and scenario analyses, collaborating with design, construction, and procurement teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Finance or Accounting experience (construction or capital project finance preferred).
• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA and/or CPA a plus).
• Advanced Excel proficiency and ability to build complex models from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own the financials for capital projects across Apple's retail real estate portfolio, building budgets and forecasts.
• Drive monthly forecast and annual capital budgeting cycles for the retail portfolio and explain the numbers to leadership.
• Partner with development and procurement to evaluate scope, cost, and timing, keeping to budget.
• Build scenario analyses to quantify trade-offs for scope, schedule, or market changes.
• Design forecasting and reporting tools to replace manual processes with scalable systems.
• Lead process improvements balancing priorities across teams to maximize value for Apple.
• Support ad-hoc analyses where speed and judgment matter.
