Job summary

Starbucks is seeking an international operations services manager to lead cross-functional efforts across a growing international footprint. The role focuses on planning, development, and implementation of strategic priorities and operational initiatives to improve partner and customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has strong store operations expertise and a track record of translating business needs into scalable solutions across international markets. Onsite collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-unit retail business or equivalent (3+ years).
• Experience managing large-scale programs or a portfolio of mid-sized initiatives (5 years).
• Project and program management experience with scope, timelines, stakeholder alignment and delivery quality.

Responsibilities

• Consult, collaborate and influence cross-functional teams to develop and implement meaningful programs for the international business.
• Lead operations priorities and ensure development, delivery and sustainment of projects that improve in-store execution across international markets.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and use visual storytelling to support decisions and adoption.
• Bring deep knowledge of retail and store operations, standards and practices.
