Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an experienced Retail Network Project Manager for Infrastructure Services to coordinate technology deployments across Apple Retail locations worldwide.

The role partners with Retail, engineering, logistics, and external service providers to plan and execute projects with strong ownership and organization in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks while adapting plans to changing business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from planning through execution and completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and objectives are met.
• Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the retail environment.
• Coordinate activities across multiple Geo's with globally distributed teams.
• Collaborate with Retail, engineering, operations, logistics, and vendors to drive project success.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Provide regular status updates on progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.
