Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex programs.
• Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep understanding of research methodologies and operations.
• Experience with process development and optimization.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Leadership: Build and scale global research programs that combine traditional UX research with intelligent tools.
• Research Operations & Innovation: Deploy intelligent tools for market scanning, secondary research, and trend analysis.
• Program Execution & Risk Management: Drive on-time delivery of innovative solutions and mitigate risks through planning and monitoring.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with UX Researchers, data scientists, and technology teams to socialize insights.
