Private Client Select seeks a seasoned Director of Market Research and Strategic Insights to establish and lead a formal capability that identifies market opportunities for high-net-worth clients. Qualifications

• 8+ years in market research, strategic insights, or related field.
• Experience building or leading a research function in insurance/financial services preferred.
• Strong ability to translate evidence into recommendations for senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead objective assessments of products, markets, and opportunities with rigorous methods.
• Develop plans to test assumptions and identify supporting evidence.
• Conduct primary and secondary research with diverse stakeholders.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
• Build a scalable Market Research function with governance and annual agenda.
