Job summary

UCB is seeking a Digital Technology Lead for Information Architecture to join our Patient Solutions group in a hybrid global role. You will design information architectures and drive scalable data foundations across R&D, delivering reusable, AI-ready data products and robust metadata management.

You will collaborate with scientists and IT colleagues worldwide to accelerate digital transformation while ensuring data is FAIR/ALCOA+ and compliant across the company.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in scientific or technology field.
• Hands-on with data foundation environments and modern data platforms.
• Experience designing global information architectures for R&D.

Responsibilities

• Co-design global research data architecture with FAIR/ALCOA+.
• Lead a digital transformation portfolio to deliver scalable data foundations.
• Implement metadata management for quality, lineage and discoverability.
• Oversee system interdependencies and transversal, compliant solutions.
• Collaborate with scientists and data owners across R&D globally.
• Contribute to the digital technology roadmap for Patient Solutions.
