Job summary

UCB S.A. seeks a Digital Technology Lead for Information Architecture to drive global data foundations for R&D in a hybrid work model. You will co-design architectures that ensure FAIR and ALCOA+ data, and lead a portfolio delivering reusable, AI-ready data products across the company.

You will collaborate with scientists, data governance, and IT to implement metadata management and scalable solutions, shaping the technology roadmap for Patient Solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a scientific or technology field
• Hands-on experience with Databricks/Snowflake configuration and data catalogues
• Experience in information architecture design for global R&D programs
• Understanding of scientific data formats, metadata governance and data modelling
• Experience applying AI-driven approaches to data management

Responsibilities

• Co-design the global information architecture for R&D
• Lead a digital transformation portfolio to build scalable data foundations
• Implement scalable metadata management to improve quality and lineage
