Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international travel in line with policies.
• Serve as primary contact for travel inquiries and vendors.
• Review travel requests for policy compliance and approvals.
• Monitor schedules and assist with changes, disruptions, and urgent trips.
• Maintain accurate travel records and supporting docs.
• Audit travel expenses for policy and client compliance.
• Coordinate travel logistics for onboarding, events, site visits, and contracts.
• Track expenditures and report variances to management.
