Job summary

Cryoport, Inc. is seeking a Director of Global Regulatory & Trade Compliance to lead global regulatory initiatives across Cryoport Systems, MVE Biological Solutions and CRYOGENE.

This role requires a licensed customs broker, a strategic partner to business units, and expertise in import/export controls, sanctions, and classification. You will develop policies, implement risk-based processes, and train teams to ensure compliant operations while enabling commercial objectives across the global

Qualifications

• Licensed Customs Broker.
• Bachelor's degree in business/management or supply chain.
• 10+ years global import/export trade and regulatory compliance experience.
• Lean and Six Sigma knowledge preferred.
• ERP experience and multilingual ability a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on global regulatory and trade compliance.
• Develop and maintain import/export regulatory policies.
• Lead training on regulatory and trade compliance for internal customers.
• Manage escalation for material compliance issues and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with leaders to integrate regulatory requirements into decisions.
