Cutera, Inc. is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Manager to lead the company’s trade compliance program across international sales, shipments, and technology transfers.

The role partners with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to identify and mitigate compliance risks while enabling global operations. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of EAR, OFAC sanctions, and licensing, with experience in medical devices or regulated industries preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in global trade compliance or related areas.
• Deep knowledge of EAR, OFAC sanctions, and HTS/ECCN classifications.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer restricted‑party and sanctions screening programs with escalation procedures.
• Evaluate export‑control, sanctions, end‑use/end‑user, and licensing risks for transactions.
• Lead classification, licensing strategies, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, and cross‑functional teams on compliance matters.
• Develop and deliver training and governance for trade‑compliance programs.
• Provide oversight of brokers, distributors, and third parties on compliance standards.
