Job summary

Cryoport Systems, LLC is seeking a Director of Consulting Services to lead our Consulting Services organization, including Program Management, Validation Engineering, and testing laboratory operations.

This role reports to the SVP and Chief Product Development Officer and aims to drive revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction while delivering scalable, compliant consulting solutions across Cell & Gene Therapy, Reproductive Medicine, and Animal Health segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biopharma, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare, Scientific, or related field preferred; MBA favored.
• 10+ years of program/project management, client-facing, consulting, operations, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex customer engagements, budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Program Management and Validation Engineering teams to ensure delivery and client focus.
• Oversee consulting proposal development, scoping, budgeting, timelines, and invoicing per SOPs.
• Develop scalable consulting offerings, SOPs, templates, and CRM assets; manage internal testing laboratory operations and certifications.
