Job summary

BD is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Senior Manager, Globalization in Franklin Lakes, NJ. You will lead global regulatory strategies, align cross‑functional teams, and drive registration programs with a global mindset.

This on‑site role requires a senior leader who can coach and mentor diverse teams across Business Units and Regions. The position emphasizes strategic partnership, governance of registration processes, and staying current with global regulatory policy topics to enable market access

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or technology required.
• Minimum 8 years in Regulatory Affairs.
• Minimum 5 years in management/leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized regulatory intelligence for global product registrations.
• Own and standardize global regulatory registration processes across regions.
• Partner with Business Units and Regions to align regulatory strategies.
• Coordinate across RA teams and other functions to improve processes.
