Job summary

BD is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Strategist, Globalization, to implement worldwide regulatory strategies across the BU, Regional and Central teams. You will partner with Business Units and Regional Regulatory leaders to enable aligned execution and market access.

The role requires a strong regulatory background in medical devices, Master’s in a related field preferred, RAC preferred, and travel about 25% to support global initiatives. Franklin Lakes, NJ HQ location applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or technology required.
• Minimum 8 years in medical device industry, with at least 5 years in Regulatory Affairs.
• Willingness to travel ~25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized regulatory governance for registration assessments and guidance.
• Develop and standardize global regulatory registrations, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Partner with BUs and regional regulators to implement global processes.
• Coordinate across BUs/Regions/Central RA for eIPRRA process improvements.
• Harmonize processes with RA operations and elevate cross‑functional communications.
• Stay informed on global regulatory policy topics.
