Job summary

BD is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Strategist, Globalization, to implement global regulatory strategies across business units and regions. The role partners with RA leaders to enable compliant growth and market access by applying governance for registration assessments.

The candidate will drive standardized global processes, collaborate across central and regional teams, and identify improvements in eIPRRA while staying current on regulatory policy topics. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or technology discipline required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the medical device industry, with at least 5 years in Regulatory Affairs.
• Preference for a Master’s degree in business, management, or technology related field and RAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized regulatory governance related to registration assessment.
• Interpret global regulatory requirements for guidance to units and regions.
• Develop and standardize global regulatory registration assessments for consistency and scalability.
• Coordinate and network across units and regions for eIPRRA process improvements.
• Harmonize key processes with RA operations and elevate issues.
• Stay apprised of global regulatory policy topics.
