Job summary

Arxada in the United States seeks a Regulatory Specialist to join our Professional Hygiene Regulatory Team. You will prepare submissions, liaise with agencies, and drive compliant registrations across our product portfolio while collaborating with R&D, marketing, and sales.

You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of FIFRA and North American requirements, support audits, and identify process improvements to ensure timely market access and regulatory excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
• Knowledge of FIFRA and EPA registrations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with regulatory agencies and compliance organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and monitor regulatory applications, supplemental registrations, label updates, and supporting documentation to maintain product compliance.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve registration and compliance matters.
• Ensure regulatory documentation and customer or third-party agreements comply with applicable requirements and internal standards.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews by providing accurate and timely documentation.
• Partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to develop proactive solutions to registration and compliance challenges.
• Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements, policies, and industry developments impacting the business.
• Identify opportunities to improve regulatory processes and enhance the stakeholder experience.
