Johnson Controls is seeking a highly experienced Manager, Product Stewardship & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) to lead global regulatory and chemical control initiatives. This dual-mandate role combines regulatory authority with digital and AI-enabled platform ownership, focused on ensuring market access and scalable compliance across regions.

The role requires a strong background in chemical/hardware regulation, program leadership, and the ability to integrate regulatory intelligence into enterprise

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 7–10+ years in global regulatory affairs or product compliance.
• Experience designing or deploying AI, automation, or analytics within regulatory environments.
• Strong understanding of audit, enforcement, and regulatory defensibility expectations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead interpretation and governance of global chemical and hardware regulatory regimes (e.g., TSCA, REACH, RoHS, WEEE).
• Own regulatory impact assessments and compliance pathways for new regs and product changes.
• Develop and deploy AI-enabled capabilities for horizon scanning, SDS screening, and risk assessment.
